ABOUT TILT SOCIAL

The social media agency Irish brands trust to grow

Tilt is a Dublin-based social media marketing agency that works with Irish brands across every platform that matters. We combine creative content production with paid media expertise and community management to build social presences that actually convert.

Social media in 2026 is not just about posting regularly. It is about knowing which platform works for your audience, what content stops the scroll, how to run paid campaigns that return measurable ROAS, and how to analyse what is working and move fast when it is not. That is what we do.

We have grown social audiences and driven sales for clients including Love Irish Food, HQ Electrical, Illumination Lighting, Burns Pet Food, and Golden Irish Eggs – each with a strategy built around their specific audience, product, and commercial goals.

WHAT WE DO

Our Social Media Services

Social Media Management

Full-service management of your social channels. We handle strategy, content creation, scheduling, community management, and monthly reporting – so you can focus on running your business while your social grows.

Social Media Advertising

Paid campaigns on Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and more. We target the right audiences, test creative, and optimise toward business outcomes – leads, sales, or footfall – not just impressions.

Content Production

Photography, video, graphics, and copy. We produce scroll-stopping creative that is built for the platform – not lifted from a generic template. Irish brands, Irish audiences, content that lands.

Influencer Marketing

We identify, brief, and manage influencer partnerships that fit your brand. From nano creators with tight, loyal audiences to established names with national reach – matched to your budget and goals.

Strategy & Planning

Before we post anything, we understand your business. Audience research, competitor analysis, platform selection, content pillars, and campaign calendars – all aligned to what you are trying to achieve commercially.

Analytics & Optimisation

Monthly performance reports that go beyond reach and likes. We track clicks, conversions, cost per result, and revenue attribution – and use that data to make every month better than the last.

PLATFORMS

We manage social across every platform that matters

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest – we work across all major platforms with native understanding of what performs on each. Not every platform is right for every brand. Part of our job is telling you which ones are worth your time and budget, and why.

We also keep pace with how platforms evolve. Algorithm changes, new ad formats, emerging features – we stay ahead so your brand is always using what is working now, not six months ago.

AI-ENHANCED SOCIAL

How we use AI to get better results from social media

We use AI tools to analyse campaign performance in real time across every channel we manage. That means faster identification of what is working – which creative, which audience, which placement – and quicker adjustments when something is not delivering.

For paid social, this translates directly into better ROAS. We are not waiting for a weekly report to spot a problem. Our tools surface performance signals continuously, and our team acts on them. The result is lower cost per acquisition and stronger returns for the same budget.

AI also helps with content analysis – understanding which posts generate genuine engagement versus passive scrolling, which formats drive clicks, and what your audience responds to at different times. That intelligence feeds directly into our content planning.

HOW WE WORK

Our social media management process

Social media that works is not just posting regularly. It is posting the right things, to the right audiences, on the right platforms, with a clear understanding of what you want those people to do next. Our process is built around making sure every piece of content and every paid campaign serves a commercial purpose.

01

Audit & Strategy

We audit your current social presence – content quality, posting frequency, audience data, competitor analysis, and paid performance if applicable. We build a strategy from what we learn.

02

Content Planning

Monthly content calendars built around your business objectives, seasonal moments, and audience interests. Every post has a purpose – brand building, engagement, traffic, or conversion.

03

Production & Publishing

Content creation – photography, video, graphics, copy – produced to platform spec and published to schedule. Community management handled to keep your audience engaged and questions answered.

04

Analyse & Improve

Monthly reporting on the metrics that matter – reach, engagement, clicks, conversions, cost per result on paid. We use AI tools to analyse performance continuously and improve what we do every month.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Frequently asked questions about social media marketing in Ireland

Which social media platforms should my Irish business be on?

It depends on your audience. Facebook and Instagram are relevant for almost every consumer-facing Irish business – the Irish population on both platforms is large and active. LinkedIn is essential for B2B companies. TikTok is increasingly important for brands targeting under-35s and is growing rapidly in Ireland. Pinterest performs well for home, fashion, food and lifestyle brands. YouTube is worth considering if video content is central to your strategy. We will recommend the right mix for your specific audience rather than suggesting you be everywhere.

How often should we post on social media?

Consistency matters more than frequency. Posting three times a week consistently outperforms posting seven times a week for a month and then going silent. For most Irish businesses, two to four posts per week per platform is a realistic and effective cadence. Quality always takes priority over quantity – a well-produced, relevant post twice a week will outperform filler content posted daily. Paid campaigns can run independently of organic posting and will deliver more predictable results for specific commercial objectives.

How do you measure social media success?

It depends on what your social media is supposed to do. For brand awareness, we track reach, impressions, and share of voice. For engagement and community building, we track likes, comments, shares, saves, and follower growth. For traffic and lead generation, we track clicks, website visits, and enquiries. For sales, we track conversions and return on ad spend. Vanity metrics like follower counts mean very little on their own. We agree on the right success metrics with you at the start and report honestly against them.

Do you create the content or do we need to provide it?

We handle content creation end to end – copy, graphics, video editing, and photography if required. We will ask you for brand assets, product information, and any images or video you already have, and we may ask for periodic input on topics or upcoming news. For some clients we produce everything ourselves; for others we work with content the client generates in-house. We are flexible and will work out the right arrangement based on your resources and preferences.

SOCIAL PROOF AND BRAND AUTHORITY

Social content is part of your brand evidence layer.

Social content is no longer just a distribution channel. It is part of your brand evidence layer. Consistent, high-quality social activity helps customers, search engines and AI systems understand what your brand stands for, who you serve and what proof exists in the market.

Tilt uses social media to build reach, trust and commercial momentum, then connects that work back to campaigns, landing pages, SEO and measurable demand.
