Open Position:Social Media Content Creator

Are you passionate about creating engaging social media content that captures attention and drives results? Tilt is looking for a Social Media Content Creator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic, creative environment where your ideas and skills will help shape impactful campaigns for various clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Brainstorm, design, and produce compelling social media content that aligns with client branding and campaign goals.
  • Monitor social media trends and use insights to create relevant and engaging organic content for platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, and Facebook.
  • Capture on-the-go content at client events, in office environments, and BTS  as needed.
  • Assist in managing online communities, responding to community queries, and fostering meaningful engagement.
  • Collaborate with the wider creative team to develop and execute social media strategies.
  • Support the creation of targeted paid ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Pinterest.
  • Track, measure, and report on campaign performance to evaluate success and recommend improvements.
  • Provide creative input for new campaigns, client pitches, and ad-hoc projects.

Key Skills and Requirements:

  • A degree or relevant qualification in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices for organic content.
  • Demonstrable experience in producing engaging visual and written content.
  • Basic photography and video editing skills; proficiency in tools like Canva or Adobe Suite is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling.
  • A proactive, enthusiastic team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  • A full, clean driving licence is an advantage.
